The nozzle is very well designed, it has all these holes around it, so the wax can just come straight out. My ears are the cleanest they've ever been by my own hands. I think I dislodged some itching my ear eczema. Sometimes not one iota of wax comes out, even though I know it's there, my ears have been hurting with the wax lately, every time I blow my nose.
